Browse available properties, select your dates, and submit
a booking request. You'll receive a confirmation once the
host accepts — or instantly if the property has instant
booking enabled.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is
processed securely at the time of booking.
Each property has its own cancellation policy set by the
host — free cancellation, partial refund, or
non-refundable. The policy is clearly shown before you
confirm your booking.
Some properties support instant booking and confirm
immediately. Others require host approval, which typically
happens within 24 hours.

For Hosts
Listing your property on RStays is free. We charge a small
service fee only when a booking is completed.
